The disco days of the Palm Springs elite crowd still pine for the likes of Touche’, Muriel’s Supper Club and Pompeii nightclubs. From fiber optic ceilings and unique lighting effects, RD designed and built dozens of clubs over the years that have social landmarks. Hollywood hot spots include such infamous hangs like Gazzari’s, Whiskey A-GoGo and even the original House Of Blues. (We were there running lights on opening night for Aerosmith!). Jane’s Addiction and The Red Hot Chili Peppers opened Iguana’s in Tijuana , Mexico and we were right there too! The truth is Rutherford Design has grown right along with the emerging technologies, both electronic and social.
